Following the delivery of the cast stone arches back in June, we revisited the site at Brighton Shelter Hall to see how the installation was progressing.
Located in a prominent position on Brighton seafront, between the Palace Pier and i360, the shelter hall is being rebuilt on a larger scale than the original Victorian building and will include a restaurant and commercial space.
The structural wet cast stone arches are now in place, along with the matching string course and keystones that feature the Neptune heads and shields that we carefully reproduced based on the original 1880's design.
The project is due to complete later this year!
